Dead Rising 2 Case Zero

I recently purchased this little gem because i had the hankering for a nice zombie game (due to my anticipation of Red Dead Redemption's upcoming Undead Nightmare pack) and, at 400 points who could resist? Granted Capcom's first game was a bit of a flop. Broken aiming system for guns. Ridiculously hard fights. And of course the time limit. Well the bad news is time limits back. the psychopath fights are still mediocre at best. The only psychopath showcase in case zero is against a shotgun toting redneck but i think i get the general "psychopath strategy". Run around like an idiot dodging attacks and hit em with a weapon when u get the chance. Simple stuff. However the bread and butter of the game is zombie killing and thats where this game really shines. Even Case Zero features a wide array of zombie killing tools, from double chainsaws to an electric leaf rake. Saving survivors is also TONS easier than in the first game. Guns are also a lot more of an influence in this installment because they're actually practical to use. Overall Case Zero is a lot more enjoyable than the first game. It could still use some improvements but what game cant? 7.5/10
